@rolltotheo jumping back to ME1 at least fixes insanity 2 (for now) no idea if it works for 3 though. bit doing it thisnway doesn't show in the actual game achievements, just on xbox

Those missing in-game achievements may indeed have an impact on these triggering properly
That's something that we're still looking into, so hopefully once that aspect is fixed it will properly reflect your efforts here as well.

- 4 years ago@EA_Mako well for now i'll just be clever and make plenty of saves prior to when they should unlock. then hopefully when theres a patch i dont have to go through it all again

Probably a smart idea! That's one of the workarounds that helped a lot of people prior to the latest issues popping up, so having multiple save points to go back to never hurts.

I finished ME3 right now, and the achievement is not unlocking. (i playing on PC) I tried replay the Saren fight, because it worked for Insanity 2, but not the third.
