Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

I don’t understand why I’m reading that achievements work flawlessly on PC and PS. I have beaten Mass Effect 3 on Insanity four times now on my PS5 and the Insanity III trophy still won’t pop up. I also still cannot trigger Paramour II or Paramour III. I have simply given up at this point.

@SeraphicSaint I wonder that as well, I got into contact with an EA employee on PM option and she told me that there wasn't any news she could share about a new patch but to stay alert when they have official news if they will continue patching the MELE or not (New Patch thread).
