Is it possible to inspect my PC save to see what dialog choice I made earlier in the game?

I read that it's important to maintain choosing either Paragon or Renegade in a certain series of conversations in ME3 (spoiler warning: it's with the Illusive Man).

I don't remember what I chose to say when I spoke with him on Mars. Is it possible to somehow inspect the data on a PC save file and find the record of my dialog choice?
