Is Overlord DLC taken off Xbox store?

can confirm as well, shadow broker, overlord, kasumi not available on xbox 360. it even claims that the kasumi dlc does not exist, and neither Microsoft nor ea seem to be able to help

Yup, same issue here, can't download Kasumi and Shadow Broker due to error code 80153003, which points to missing DLC. I have also encountered some very odd behaviour after starting the game again recently though:

First I was getting an odd 4MB update from out of nowhere. After that was installed, the game told me something about changing my gamer profile(?), can't remember exactly. Then I get the message that the download for Kasumi, which I could never actually start in the first place, was stopped. So I go into active downloads and it sits there at pending. Then it actually starts up, goes from 1-97% in a few seconds, then from 97-99% in another few seconds, then back to 1% and this process repeats about 4 or five times. Then I get the message that Kasumi can't be downloaded.

Any idea what the best channel to let Bioware/EA know about this would be? It's hard to imagine that they would have taken two of the most universally acclaimed DLC for ME2 off the shop on purpose, I'm pretty sure they like money. It's been like this for a few days now and Microsoft support is no help. Any ways of contacting Bioware/EA support directly?

Now I am being told that the Normandy Crash Site DLC is corrupted and needs to be redownloaded upon loading the game. However, I just revisted the crash site and everything seems to be working just fine.

There seem to be some major issues with ME2 DLC right now, can we please get some feedback on these issues from a CM?

I am really sorry for those troubles with the DLC. Can you please give me some additional information on this. What region are you currently in? And the issue is, you can not download the DLC you own, or can not buy them? Or both? I guess you have already tried to restart your router/console?

However, since the DLC in question has now actually been removed from the xbox marketplace entirely, that kind of seems to render your questions moot. To clarify, this all started with being unable to buy the DLC, the error code given was 80153003. I am in Germany and all the usual troubleshooting solutions were attempted.

I think you need to understand that this is not an isolated issue. People are complaining about this not only here but all over the internet. There are also multiple people who claim that xbox support told them that the reason for the DLC missing from the marketplace is that EA has "lost" the licenses for it. If that means that they have expired or were being removed on purpose is unclear at this point. It would be really nice to know if this was done on purpose or by accident and if there are any plans to reinstate those licenses and put that DLC back on the marketplace. Please keep in mind that we are talking about some of the most popular DLC of the entire series here, especially Shadow Broker being generally considered the 2nd best DLC behind Citadel.

However, since the DLC in question has actually been removed from the xbox marketplace entirely by now, that kind of seems to render your questions moot. To clarify: this all started with being unable to buy the DLC, the error code given was 80153003. As mentioned, the DLC is not available at all as of today. I am in Germany and all the usual troublemaking solutions were attempted. I was also able to purchase Bring Down The Sky for ME1 without any problems right beforehand.

Multiple people on these forums claim that xbox support told them that the reason for the removal of the DLC is that EA has "lost" the licenses for it. Please keep in mind that we are talking about some of the most popular DLC in the entirey series here, with Shadow Broker in particular generally being considered the 2nd best Mass Effect DLC right after Citadel and Kasumi being a very popular squad member that carries on to ME3. To be be quite honest, with the release of Andromeda right around the corner, this couldn't come at worse time. Many people will be interested in the beginnings of the Mass Effect universe and I think that a lot of them are going to be pissed off having to miss out on some of the best parts of it, which could generate quite a bit of bad publicity surrounding the Release of MEA.
