@Essey-B90 The amount of clips drop decrease with higher difficulty. About 1 clip/kill on narrative mode, almost no clips on insanity.
I am playing on insanity, but I'm getting no drops at all. Not one since starting the game and I'm now 3 missions in.
It's definitely not normal. The original certainly wasn't like this on the 360.
I guess I'll try lowering the difficulty to see if that makes a difference though. Thanks for the answer.
