Issues with Arrival and Shadow Broker DLC - not showing up in-game

Okay, here's the situation:

I recently bought Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam, then registered the game and redeemed the codes for the DLC on the Bioware site.

I logged in using the Cerberus account on the main menu and it shows that I should have Genesis, Arrival and the Shadow Broker DLC, along with Appearance Pack 2, but there's no sign of any of them in-game. They also don't show up under "Your Registered Game Content" on the Bioware site, with the rest of the DLC in the pack, like Cerberus and Collectors weapon/armor, Normandy Crash Site, etc. so there's no links to download them.

What should I do from here? Apparently you're supposed to get an in-game message at the private terminal about the Shadow Broker mission, but I haven't yet (already completed the other missions on Illium). So it seems I don't have it...

Looked into it further. The Digital Deluxe edition includes the following bonuses:
Incisor Sniper Rifle
Collectors' Weapon and Armor
Then these ones are free downloads:
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge
Cerberus Weapon and Armor
Normandy Crash Site
Cerberus Arc Projector
Firewalker Pack

Arrival, Lair of the Shadow Broker and the rest aren't included.
The title screen says you have them, but that's a mistake - those need to be bought separately.

A very similar thing is happening to me. I bought ME1 and ME2 on steam during a sale. ME2 came with some dlc. I was able to redeem the armor and normandy things, but can't seem to get the shadow broker dlc to activate. It says I have it when I log in to the Cerberus network in game, but I have yet to get the mission. On the ME wiki it says the mission should become available after completing the Horizon mission, which I have done a while ago, but there is still nothing. There is no new dialogue with Liara, and no messege in my terminal about it. I tried redeeming all 3 cd keys I have, but only one worked. I don't get it. But I would like to figure this out, because I payed for it, and I want to play the dlc.

where can I find or redeem those items, I have no sign of any of this despite having the digital edition, do I need to redeem them off the main site?

Log-on to the BSN and go to "Your registered game content".

Scroll down and look for the ME2 logo and titles of the various DLC content.

To the right of each one you can get is a "Download" link.

Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions.
