Kadara, still not able to establish my settlement.
As title. I am just arrived to kadara. I am trying to discover the new sites, I have founded the icon to create my settlement but I can't activate it. Is there some bug on that settlement?
Setting up an outpost on kadara will be the last thing you really do on the planet. It requires you to do the main missions on the planet.
