Legendary ME2 bugs (some also present in original)

I played the original Mass Effect Trilogy many times, and am happily working my way through the Legendary Edition (all on PC). There are few minor bugs that I thought might get solved.
One is during some of the cut scenes in ME2, Shepherd and other characters are rarely holding the gun they have in their hand before a cut scene starts, and then in some the guns keep changing when it cuts between characters.
Squadmates can still become stuck in the scenery - this happens with various side missions. Zaeed got stuck for a whole mission (when hunting down the small Prothean Pyramid)
But the most annoying one I found on ME2 originally and has just reared it's head is the random times when I either cannot drag abilities within the HUD when I press shift. It's better than it was it only happened once. But I'm going after the dead Reaper, and at the start of the mission it's reorganised my icons, and given me Warp Ammo twice. If I try and drag these out of the numbered slots, it crashes and throws me out of the game.
Also if I try and drag any of my abilities from the central pool it doesn't drag the one I'm clicking on and chooses one of the others or sometimes one from my squad. This also used to happen in ME2.
I've also noticed an odd audio bug that's not present in the original . When using the Hammerhead and successfully collecting an item, the series of beeps to signal success in the original sounds as though it's been corrupted and sounds distorted and crackly.
Would be good to fix these if possible
