Had that problem hat my very first playthrough. Make sure there's no Geth stuck on any objects (Doorways for example) in the environment.
Well, it's a very small room with like 6 geths inside and i'm pretty sure I've killed them all and no one got stuck. I guess I'm just going to skip this mission then. Too bad, because I was really looking forward to do it.
Skipping is not without risk. (for Legion) 😉 All I can tell you is that in my mission the Geth was completely invisible, I only figured it out by looking hat the HUD where one red triangle was left.
