Leviathan DLC glitch

Hello, i recently bought the leviathan DLC, and I am having a big issue with it. I get the letter from hackett, no problem, but when I dock at the Citadel and select Dr. Bryson's lab my game freezes. Every single time. The lab wont even load. I have tried everything to fix this. I have lowered all of my graphics settings and gone into windowed mode, I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have started a new career and it still refuses to work. I have disabled origin in game, and enabled it, and still nothing. I have repaired the game and all of it's DLC. Nothing again. It is beyond frustrating. Is there a way to fix this?

  • I am having the same problem, only now it's the DLC that won't install at all.  The main base game opens, but I have no DLC.

All right, everything has installed "correctly", as in my saves recognize that they exist, but Leviathan still won't load.

Loading screen, background noise, all of it.  It doesn't freeze, but the loading circle stops moving.  I can still hear the background noise, but it just never finishes loading.

I have sent two 🏈, count 'em, TWO 🏈 error reports but I have received no response of any kind.

  • I have the exact same problem and like you I have tried everything. The funny part for me is that this is an isolated event. It worked fine when I played through it a couple of weeks ago during an other campaign (paragon femshep, now I'm playing renegade femshep). I almost couldn't get DLC Omega to work this round either but it hoped online after shutting down "origin in the game".

As I usually tend to play all my DLC's (except for citadel "shore leave") ASAP this is buggin' the hell out of me.

I unistalled and reinstalled, tried every darn setting possible with graphics, compatability modes and administrator rights, but game still freezes and makes me have to "Pull the plug" on the computor to even get out of it. Hardrebooting is getting annoying. I've tried starting the game after major missions hopin' it'll start but nothing. Need help, I'm fresh out of ideas.

Running win 10 on laptop (HP elitebook, not the ultimate gamemachine but it works)
