Little Duck

Little duck should be a nickname that sticks - or at least gets revisited.

We'll collectively hate you for it though. 👿

Hm, that's basically the only time Ryder seems to stand firm on his position, not being called names.

  • That was the beauty of that bit of writing. I don't think there is anyone who didn't say to themselves, "Oh, PLEASE, no.", and would of chosen to say differently.

As the unwanted nickname to annoy it is a great choice.

Also, a bit more backstory on this...Why on Eos did Massani choose this particular epithet?

Perhaps because he is the ugly duck that needs proving its value? Similar of the duckling tale, the ugly one? Dunno the official name in English for that tale.

    To annoy you. It works.

The only way you can squash nicks like that is to make them your own. As soon as they see it bothers you - then you might as well get a tattoo.

Start practicing. I'll give you a few starters:

"Well, little duck says sink or swim."

(as you shoot things) "Quack Quack! MF!"

"It's all just water off my back."
