Losing Connection Every 5 mins
Ok so I'm only posting this here because it's hard to get to EA help without server disruption.
Anyway for some reason I keep getting my connection from Mass Effect 3 servers disrupted every 5 minutes on Xbox live. But I can connect to any other server without no trouble. Same goes with the EA site and Bioware Social. It's not my end because I can connect to Facebook and Youtube perfectly fine without waiting. Where as my friend that only lives 20 miles away can connect perfectly with EA or Mass Effect. I can't really go looking since I have bad connection to the Network of EA. If it's OK just email me on a old email account because this took me 5 tries to get here.

Hi guys,
don't know if this will help - I have the same problem, but on PC.
After running route trace tests, the data loss is only between me and the ea servers.
If you open a supoort ticket - do 2 x tests and submit them - you will be able to see where the loss is.
