This has happend to me twice now but i think it's to do with going between mp and single player for me anyway.
Sadly fully disabling shadowplay had no effect or cure on this issue. At least not for me anyway :/ ahh well
Just had it happen again on MP. Random game, seems to hit about halfway through Wave 1. Carried on to Extraction and about to relaunch. Its all you can do.
doing a new test today... playing multiplayer with the music slider all the way down. so its just the sound effects and announcer.
will report results after a period of testing.
