Someone doesnt get sound, or it glitches. Locks their sound server, Hosts server locks waiting for theirs, everyone else locks because Host is locked. Its not exactly at the same time, friend of mine plays PS4 with a party chat going. It can take a few minutes for it to propogate.
Which truly and utterly sucks big time for this game.
