Lost a Geth Juggernaut from PSP pack

About 10 mins ago I purchased a Spectre PSP pack and I managed to get a Geth Juggernaut and a Krogn, I was far too excited!.

Returned to the character page and it's not even there! I've rebooted the game and they are both missing.

How can I claim these back?
