lost online pass

The EA tech support chat "escalated my case" and said it would be a few days.  That was about 3 weeks ago.  Nobody has contacted me, nobody replied to my AHQ post, and further attempts to chat for help result in "wait a few more days."  The last time they said that was about a week ago.  They seem to be phasing out online passes altogether, so it is possible that we just have to wait until they get around to working on it for ME.  Until then, welcome to S-O-L-ville with me.

Dunno if your problem is still going on, but it turns out that there are different online passes based upon which version of the game you have.  Modify the game with DLC and you might invalidate your pass.  It is an easy fix if you call the helpline.  Do not try online chat, that definitively doesn't work.  When you are choosing a way to get in touch, input a phone number and have them call you.  That actually gets you to someone who can input a new online pass for you.
