Mass Effect 1 Legendary Using Integrated Graphics by DEFAULT? WHY??!

I'm getting single digit FPS in ME1 and Its because the game is using my Intel GPU instead of my graphics card, I just have one question - why? Original Mass Effect is using my rtx 1080 just fine,...

Also please remember that Nvidia Control panel no longer controls the GPU assignment for individual apps. It is now done via windows 10 modern settings app

You can do it in the Windows settings, but you can also still do it in the NVIDIA control panel.
