In mass effect legendary edition how to you unlock level 10 specter weapons im level 50 but i only have access to the level 7 specter weapons
After the mission on Virmire, you should be able to buy lvl 10 spectre gear.
The distribution of specter gear in LE has been discussed on various topics and might be changed with a patch in the future.
