The registration code doesn't work and when I click continue it keeps popping up over and over again. I've done some research and a lot of people have had this problem as well and I've tried all their suggestions but ask for help to get a new code or something.
You need to contact an EA Game Advisor for help with product codes/game registration.
They can be reached throught the Help Center
After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)
look for the "Contact Us" button, then the "Live Chat", "Call Me", or "Email" buttons. Not the AHQ "Ask Now" one. (You've already done that.)
The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.
If you select "Live Chat" be sure you have enough time (at least one hour, in my experience) to wait before being connected to someone. 😕mileyfrustrated:

Same here. I've installed patch (as described here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Mass-Effect-1/Information-Mass-Effect-1-and-Win7-or-Win8-You-need-patch-1-02/m-p/368322#U368322), and "Bring down the sky". Now the game askong me to re-enter code...
Online support made a new code for me! :manhappy:
