It's bugged it doesn't show up in either if you save and resatart game.
I get this bug too on PS4.
For Spectre Master gear VII, this should appear in C-Sec acquisitions after becoming a Spectre. But playing through the game, it never appears even when I reach 1,000,000 credits which was the old requirement in the original games. The Master Gear X, should appear after Virmire. Again this does not happen.
SO THERE IS A BUG HERE that developers need to fix.
However, as a TEMPORARY WORKAROUND, you can make make the Master gear appear by doing the following:
1. Load up a save game just before you become a Spectre. OR, if you did not keep a save game before becoming Spectre then start a new game with a new character and play the game until you become a Spectre.
2. Save the game (unlikely to be needed but just in case)
3. As soon as you are a Spectre, head straight to the C Sec Acquisitions. The store will refresh and you will see the master gear in stock
4. If you don't see it, load the previous save and try again until you see the master gear in stock.
5. Now load your main game current save. Head to C-sec and you should now see the master gear in stock.

Thanks for that i'll try it.Started another character but not a spectre status.Thought it was a bug though it s available all the time in the original.
It works,thanks.I also noticed there is already a thread about this from two weeks ago.Good job Bioware take the best gear from the original game that has lore and make it unavailable.Did anybody playtest it or did EA make you rush it out.It wouldn't be so bad but it#s the srarrt of the game
Yes, there is a bug here. I believe it's related to the elimination of the "Rich" achievement (where you achieve 1,000,000) That achievement triggered the availability to get the Spectre VII gear in the original game. Removal of that achievement probably also removed the flag allowing for that gear. <<DEVS...LOOK THERE.
If you use the workaround, be prepared to buy at that point, reload your game where you were (after watching the cutscene) without saving anything, just switch back, and go directly to the vendors (C-sec or your ship) and get what you need. Rinse repeat as desired. The gear will be available after Virmire as you mentioned.
Just adding this for clarification for a few people that seem confused... (Not the person whose post I am replying to). I just replied to you because you said THERE IS A BUG HERE. I agree and they need to know!.
I think some of the confusion was me not specifying spectre VII.My initial confusion was it was available straight after Anderson tells you about it.But when i had enough money after Ferros it wouldn't show.After restarting twice because i didn't have a save and you need to keep a character pre spectre,i realised it doesn't always show up.Hence wether it was bugged.Anybody playing it for the first time isn't gonna realise that.
