Just purchased the trilogy on Origin.
When i try to connect cerberus network i just have error message.
At Origin it show extra content unlocked.
On BioWare Social Network Downloadable Content if i click buy now then PC it just send me to my registered game content list.
You use the same credentials as for your Origin account for logging on to the Cerberus Network?
I cant even log in to the cerberus network as it not give me the option at all anywhere.
Yes of course i did but it just send me to error doesnt matter i use auto connect or turn it off.
Restart your router.
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)

Nothing wrong with the router.
Windows firewall turned off Avast shields control dissabled and still same.
Any other ideas?
Do you get a message that the DLCs are not activated?
If not, did you checked if the DLCs are available in game?
That the router seams to work fine don't means that he couldn't block the game from accessing CN. A restart would not hurt.
This ports must be open for ME2 to get connection:

I done that all of that still not working.
Is your Origin password containing any special characters?
If so change the Origin/EA password to one without special characters and try again.
No special caracters just simple englis letters one capital at begining and some numbers at the end.
