Mass Effect 2 cutscene glitch series s
since the update the ingame cutscenes in mass effect 2 on my series s has black bars down the right side of the screen with strange digital effects, they mainly appear during ingame cutscenes anyone...

What system?
xbox series s, as far as i can tell its only affecting mass effect 2 as i installed me1 again and the cutscenes were fine
but since a few days ago, every ingame cut scene in me2 has a glitchy black bar down the right side with a strange digital looking effect on it
maybe the update few days ago did something
I saw this problem before, but can't find the thread right now.
I past it on to the CMs.
thanks, its quite an annoying glitch and im heading into the best part of the game lol

Hey, it sounds like there's a mismatch between the system output and what the TV's expecting.
In some cases this can be easy to fix, just wait for a (not short) cutscene and turn the TV off and on again. Full turnoff rather than standby. Some TVs will detect the active screen space and fix the issue automatically. If this isn't effective you can try running the TV's setup process again, where you'll be able to adjust screenspace bounds and such.Another thing that has a chance to easily sort this is to toggle the output resolution from your Xbox's Settings General > TV & display Options menu.
