Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition DLC missing

I have read about this problem, a lot of people have this issue but nobody knows how to solve it. This is really annoying because everyone would like to have what they have paid for. I think there are two ways to solve this issue. The first solution is that an EA or Bioware employee should activate the Collector dlc on our account, or the second solution is that they should give us new promo-codes so we can antivate that dlc. I hope this issue will be solved soon.

You need "official" support from the EA Game Advisors.

They are the only ones who can resolve account, code, or game/DLC authorization issues.

Contact them using the Help Center.

After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)

look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that.)

NOTE: The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.
