I don't have an old version to install... I bought the Digital Deluxe edition.. Have tried all of the deleting license files, un're installing and still getting the same stupid invalid license message... am pretty much ready to get my $$$ back from them since I have spent hundreds of $$$ of my time trying to get this to work. Maybe if we all demanded refunds we could get their attention.
It is pretty good idea, actually. It seem that a lot of people have same problem with ME2 Digital Edition. The worst thing is that we don't get ANY official reply from EA - it's their fault anyway.
