Mass Effect 2 No Longer Launching

A few days ago Mass Effect 2 simply stopped working.  When I launch it the EA App closes, nothing happens, a second later the EA App is up again.  What's particularly annoying is that this wasn't hap...

    @Lansert2060 

    Please make sure the "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 2\Save" folder is still empty.

    Then move the "Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 2\BIOGame" folder to your Desktop. > Test.

    If that don't helps:
    Preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

    Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and alos Afterburner and similar software is disabled.

    Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

Have the same problem. Started a few hours ago for me. Tried repair both of the game and app and reinstalling the app. I think he issue is on their end. I don't want to Uninstaller the game becuase of all my saves etc. Interestingly enough ME1 still works. IL try agian in a few hours.
