The last patch for the MELE was in 2021, there is no new patch coming.
You need to use the Trilogy Save Editor to disable the "ME2.Loyalty_Missions.Mystic_Loyalty.Writter_States.Art_RaisedIn_Puzzle" variable in a save before the conversation with Morinth.
