Mass Effect 2 won't start through Origin

I've downloaded Mass Effect 2 through Origin but after installation the game miniature became grey and the Play button is disabled, and I can't download the DLC related to the Cerberus Network.

But if I go to the installation directory and launch ME2Game.exe the game starts correctly, and if I download the missing DLC from Bioware Social I can install them.

How I can restore the Origin link to start ME2 from here?
