@Pipouco If this does not work, and a reinstall and all of those steps don't work, let us know what you specifically did this way I can take a look!

Already tried that, didn't work. It also doesn't work on my friend's computer. His account works properly, it seems to be account-related.

@EA_Shepard told me changes where made to your account.
Repair the game:
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)Then restart the PC and test.
