Hey, I play on Mass Effect 3 on the PC and the Hanar Diplomat mission is bugged for me. I've gotten through almost the entire mission, the last thing I did was activate the terminal outside of the elevator on the dock holding area. I've looked it up to be sure but the last terminal, at the end of the docks simply wont activate and I'm too far to go back to a save where it works without restarting my character completely. What can I do? Thanks.
Same problem for me, but a quick search on the web shows that this problem has been present since the game was released and it's obvious it's never going to get fixed.......
You could try doing something else (in a different area) and then going back to the Docks Holding Area.
Example: I had "Citadel: Barla Von" bug on me yesterday...
When I arrived on the Presidium I clicked Von before talking to Liara, so that when I went back he wouldn’t talk to me. I left the Presidium and did something else (like going to the Spectre firing range to test weapon mods) when I returned to the Presidium I was able to speak to Von without issue.
