Mass effect 3 Citadel Bug - Miranda keeps dying

You said she is not a love interest, but just want to verify that she wasn't yours in ME2.

In any event there are only a couple requirements to keep her alive.

If romanced in ME2...

-You have to tell her you want to continue the relationship in the first conversation.  You do not actually have to lock her in as the LI.  Just meet her in the apartment after you lock in a different LI.

-If you break up with her she dies.

General requirements

-You must warn her about Kai Leng when you speak with her via the comms in the Spectre area.  You do this by reviewing the email Anderson sends you on Kai Leng

-You must give her the Alliance data when she asks for it in the apartment.

That's pretty much it.

I've completed both times speaking to Miranda before Horizon, and warned her of Kia Lang. She was not a LI in any of the games.

- My friend is having the same problem. We Goggled it and found some others too, apparently she will always die if you pick up the M99-Saber. This only happened after I Installed the Citadel DLC.

On some advise I un-installed the DLC and reinstalled. Started the game over with the same ME2 Import and are now playing threw. I have a busy weekend ahead with the family so can only play in downtime, but I will keep you posted.

That's strange, I didn't know about that bug.

you have to meet her in citadel 3 times and always choose the "paragon" option, first in docking area after palaven, then in spectre office and later in that apartment. You don't have to romance her in ME2 to save her
