Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC: Council archive hologram subtitles

Hello, is there any way to enable subtitles for holograms in the Council archives? I'm russian and I don't quite understand english speech. The whole DLC has subtitles, the holograms has not ☹️

It's very sad I'm (or any other <Put your country here> player) missing THAT much of Mass Effect lore.

If there is no way, then I hope for patch/fix or something
