Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC Won't Trigger

Have downloaded the Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC.

I don't recieve the email to trigger it.

I'm on an Xbox 360. This also happened with the Omega DLC.

I've restarted, cleared the cache and waited over an hour for chat help. Any answers are appreciated.

I'm aware that this is a late post.
The Citadel DLC does not "show up" until later in the game, I believe it is after the main mission "Citadel", where you kick Cerberus off the station that you receive the e-mail.
