Mass Effect 3 crashing bug during missing scouts mission

Hello, So in my Mass Effect 3 playthrough I am encountering a bug/glitch/error with the game upon loading the missing scouts mission where the game simply crashes. Video for reference: https://youtu...

    Did you tried to repair the game?


    (Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
    (Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

Yeah I verified the game files on Steam and it is fixed now. Thank you for the help
