Mass Effect 3 deleted, Origin service fails terribly, is there anything I can do?
I wonder if anyone can help me with this subject.
After I updated Origin (it was an update a bit over 70 Megabytes), Mass Effect 3 was suddenly gone from my library and instead of it, the "Sims 3 Late Night Expansion pack" popped out of nothing and is ready for download, though I had nothing to do with it before.
When I now try to open ME3 from its own Quick Launch Icon, I am asked to type in my key, but when I do, I am told that this key is already in use.
So, great... They mistook my game for another one and now the access is gone (I have a physical copy of it, the game is still installed on the hard drive, Origin just won't let me open it).
When I tried to consult the chat, a white box appeared and nothing else, and that for about half an hour. So this one is not working for me which is pretty strange, as I had no ad blockers enabled and even shut my security program down for a second try.
So as I am also able to write in German, I looked into the German page, where you can request help by e-mail (which is strangely not offerd in English, but whatever...)
But after I typed in my problem, I was told that my request will be answered within 14 days!
But not enough, when I returned to this page today, the option "resume conservation" is available at this one and I can choose that e-mail request thing again, so I don't even know if my complaint arrived there at all!
So, sorry if this got a bit too long, but does anyone how to proceed in this situation?
I am very annoyed about Origin and would like to smash everything around me to tiny little pieces, but I think that goes without saying.
