Mass Effect 3 DLC "General Error"

I have recently bought the Mass Effect 3 trilogy for PC. I've been trying to download all of the free DLC's for the multiplayer in Mass Effect 3 and every time I click 'Get Now' a box will come up sayin ' General Error'. It has been happening every time and it is getting frustrating. Please can someone help?!
