Mass Effect 3: Free DLC for Multilayer/BioPoints
Hello. (this post is on behalf of my friend).
After purchasing Mass Effect 3 and installing it, he go's to download the free DLC for multilayer (Reckoning, Retaliation, Earth, Rebellion and Resurgence) and go's to click on buy it now. However, when the window opens up, it states the following:
Points Package
You need at least 0 points to buy (etc.)
It's basically asking him that he buys points for free DLC :L Is this a common issue or no? I'm assuming he would have to take it up with customer service unless there's some sort of fix for it.
