Are you using a VPN or any type of security program, anti-virus, etc?
Only using windows security, no other programs
Go to your "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save folder and move the ME3 folder to your desktop > Test the game.
If that don't helps:
- Go here.
- Download the "vc_redist.x64.exe" and the "vc_redist.x86.exe" from here. (2015 - 2022) You don't need the ARM version.
- Run the "vc_redist.x86.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
- Restart the computer.
- Run the "vc_redist.x64.exe" as administrator. (Right click on the exe > Run as administrator.)
- Restart the computer.
- Test.
