Yeah just started ME3 via MELE and I faced the same issue, couldnt understand why I kept dying to those husks then saw that my shields werent regening, im hitting 240hz and my shield never regenerates. Tried playing on my secondary monitor which is 60hz and that works fine. Is there any workaround for this? 60HZ feels quite choppy now (I played the other 2 at 240hz with no issues)
Im wondering if there is any mods that resolve this bug?
Capping FPS to 120 should get the shields to regenerate.
As of my knowlage there is no Mod that is fixing this problem.
