mass effect 3 legendary edition 144 hz shield bug

automatic shield regen doesnt work at the rate it supposed to with frame caps above 120, so my 240hz monitor cant be used to its fullest for this game. if i remember correctly, me 3 legendary is the ...

Some people were reporting that ME2 had this issue as well, but I've only had it in ME3.

I also had no problems in ME2. 165 FPS on a 165Hz screen and everything worked just fine.
