Mass effect 3 legendary edition game breaking bug

Playing on ps5 during the omega mission with aria after you meet up with her and her fleet before the mission starts, once the cutscene ends the games crashes and there is no way to load up a save point as it locks you in the cutscene every time you start the game and once the cutscene ends it crashes. It literally makes the game unplayable at the moment please fix!
