Mass effect 3 legendary edition side quest

Question

I believe that some of the side quest in mass effect 3 legendary edition are glitched because the quest are telling me to find certain items and give them to ncp but those items aren't at the location their supposed to be and when I go to every store in the citadel including the store for spectres they are there no matter what story missions I do so I hope somebody can help me.

Citadel: reaper code fragments

Citadel: target jamming technology

Citadel:gx12 thermal pipe

Citadel: medical supplies

Citadel: heating unit stabilizers

There may have been glitches with the other quest but I'm not sure because it haven't gotten to them yet but I hope these quest can be fixed in a patch.

It isn't glitched. UGGGHHHHH.......... Damn Newbies. Sorry about that! Let me clarify FOR ANYBODY WHO IS NEW TO MASS EFFECT :You might have to Progress the Main Storyline A bit. Also If you don't Have&nbsp; your SPECTRE Status Revoked, You can buy Missed things like the Reaper Code Fragments from the computer in the SPECTRE Office. You can also Authorize missions too from the console.&nbsp;
