Hello,
I have the Cerberus challenge stuck on 20/21 and its not resetting.
Every challenge on it is complete at 100% but I can't set it as my banner in game or in N7hq.

Completing other challenges, re-installing DLCs did not fix it.
Just wondering if there are any fixes available for me to do?
Community Manager@mich4el4ngelo This is an old bug that sadly won't have any planned updates at the moment to be resolved. What it will come down to, since we cannot "reset" data, is to get it to sync up the account the N7 page, or continue playing and have it naturally sync.
With these challenges, you have to do some real deep diving on forums and just try different steps from others. What I do is just search for the challenge or anything like ME 3 stuck challenges.
Most of the steps, regardless of the challenge will work for any that are stuck but from our end, there honestly isn't much that will happen as there arent any further updates for ME3.
Following on EA_Shepard's, here's one place to look. Alas, the "BroJo" referred to is no longer a BW employee, so that avenue won't work.
Community ManagerI alerted the team on this one, but it's going to be a hot minute before this can be looked into because it isn't considered a major break. Since players can still play it isn't preventing them from continuing matches or leveling.
They are aware though.

I guess I'll just be stuck with not being able to complete the Mass Effect/Best of the Best challenge as it requires all the challenges.
Community Manager@mich4el4ngelo I get it. I have a few i haven't completed yet and I wanted to wait just in case I ran into the same issue. I send all these over so they are aware but with DA a month away, what gets fixed in ME may take time.
