spent all day with EA tech support, waste of time. Supplied the standard try this link to fix the problem. when that failed to solve anything was told they were going to escalate this issue to a higher power. So I'm sure i'll be waiting around for emails for weeks. And still no answers from the "answer HQ". Maybe I'll try and escalate this issue through microsoft, then they will pressure EA to fix this. Yeah right.

in the past 48 hours, i got disconnected 8 times in game , on PC .
my connection is fine with everything else.
i'm getting to the point where i almost don't want to play gold , even less plat. for fear of getting disconnected, losing everything as well
as ruining the game for a few people if i'm hosting.
I 've had that issue randomly in the past but since 2 days it's down right obscene.
i am not buying the new dlc because of that.
- A group and I got inexplicably d/c'ed Mon night 11/26/2012. All my accumulated points and completions in the Biotic Challenge category got wiped out and were replaced by those accumulated just before the d/c. I went from 97% complete in Biotic Challenges to 13%. EA Rep on support site seemed responsive and indicated they would go through server info....but do not appear to have looked at my ticket since entering it. Apparently I was the only player of the three in that group to experience the glitch. I have received no further comment from EA despite updating my ticket. I had asked them to reset my data to Sunday night 11/25/2012 (pull any backed up data related to my Gamer Tag as I'm on an Xbox) but now I fear if I don't close my ticket, and they do eventually get a fix, it will wipe any future progress. I have stayed off ME3 Multi since Monday to give their Techs a chance, but frankly I am becoming disillusioned with their complete lack of *any* response to a ticket after 4 days.
