Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

Can someone please tell me how to get the Collector SMG? I have spent countless credits and Microsoft points buying all the packs in the game to try and get this weapon.  Is this still the only way to get the Collector SMG?  It is getting to the point where I have spent enough to buy three Mass Effect games and still no Collector SMG.  Is this a glitch or is the lottery to get a weapons drop that high?

    Collector SMG is an ultra rare, try the new pack which increase the chance of getting UR (Arsenal Pack).

    Or continue to buy some Premium spectre pack.
