Mass Effect 3 Omega DLC "Meticulous" Achievemen​t did not unlock at N7HQ even I have unlocked it at the game

Hi, I'm just curious about this case. I've played Omega long ago and didn't done this achivement but two others I have (in game and at N7HQ). It's really weird because I've unlocked it at my last p...

Hi miranjac,

Thanks for reply. My problem is solved ... by itself? I've reloaded save from "before Omega", started Omega once again to earn achievement (if it was possible) and even not finished third mission (Harrot's) when the achievement "poped out from the void" (but not in game) and right now is shown at N7HQ and Main Menu/Extras/Accomplishments without loading game.
