its been almost 3 years now since ive been trying to play mass effect 3 multiplayer and every time i download it again because i hope things are fixed im met with the same error when i click the mult...

The game was made by Bioware and the publisher is EA, there was no change in ownership.
Origin was the Game client of EA that was replaced by EA app about two years ago.
The Online Pass was discontinued over a decade ago, you don't need one to play online. If you get the massage that you need one then there is a problem with your local game files or with your account.
What exactly did you do to troubleshot this? (Please list everything.)
