[PC] Mass Effect Online Access Error in Multiplayer Mode
Commander, you’ve received a new message at your private terminal! When downloading Mass Effect 3 or Mass Effect Andromeda, players may run into one of the following errors: Mass Effect 3 - "An online pass is required to access the online features of the game." Mass Effect Andromeda - "Missing Online Access" Changes to the EA account cause these specific errors. These can include but are not limited to the following: EA Play subscription expired Account Mergers A separate account downloaded the DLC If you encounter this error when launching the game, first try the following steps to see if this resolves the error(s). Delete EA License Files: Make sure the EA app is closed. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. Type or copy and paste "ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER Delete all files within this folder. Clear Windows temp files: Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER" Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it. (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.) If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you will need to contact our Support Team who will review your EA account and make any necessary changes with you. For Example, "I downloaded Mass Effect 3 or Mass Effect Andromeda, and when I logged into multiplayer, I was met with an error that said I was missing the "Online Access." Missing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Content
Hello, My friend gifted me a key of Mass Effect 3 for the purpose of playing the multiplayer together. Unfortunately, it appears that I am unable to join him as all the DLCs are missing and I am unable to purchase the necessary DLCs. I bought the game 2 or so years ago and played the multiplatyer and everything was fine, now i reinstall the game and it tells me i need to purchase an online pass, I can't find that dlc in the EA Store and i have the other dlc. I have tried deleting my temp files and deleting the files in the liscenses folder but no joy. Also when i click on downloadable content i get told it is under maintenance?
Mass Effect 3 online pass key error
its been almost 3 years now since ive been trying to play mass effect 3 multiplayer and every time i download it again because i hope things are fixed im met with the same error when i click the multiplayer option. Error online pass key is needed to play multiplayer. where i can find this i have no clue ive searched the EA app for it ive tried searching online how to get it, im running in to a brick wall here... i bought this game many years ago and when it was owned by Origin i was able to play online happily now since the change of ownership im unable to play online and i have extreme difficulty in finding a way to even purchase an online pass key so that i can play multiplayer. i know ill be told by people to troubleshoot the issue, beleive me i did this all to many times. i have fiber internet 300upload 300download and even whilst i right this im having two games running plus streams running on twitch , i have a very good computer i need to have one and good internet because im a streamer on twitch. so my computer or internet is not the issue.. the issue is finding a way to purchase the online pass key which i cant find anywhere. can i have someone tell me please. thanks in advance
N7 HQ cannot sync my account.
I played Mass Effect 3 multiplayer a lot when it released on the 360. Under the same account/gamertag but a different email connected to the EA Origins website. Last year I changed my gamertag/psn and email across all of my consoles, games, and accounts under one email, Just to make things easier for me. After I done that, I deleted all of my old emails. which I believe 1 was still connected to my first and only Mass Effect and EA Origins/Play account. I don't know if that is the reason N7 HQ cannot sync my ME3 Multiplayer data to my new email/gamertag or find it, but it more than likely is the reason. But if you all know a solution for this, please let me know. I want to play ME3 multiplayer again without starting over from the beginning. That is the last resort.
Mass Effect 3 - Online Game Pass
Hello, I wanted to see if I could purchase ME3 through steam although I already own it on the EA app to see if i could play on a fresh account without any multiplayer progress, and it did not work. After getting rid of the steam version, I can no longer play the multiplayer! I have tried reinstalling, changing the drive, and repairing the game to no avail. The game always says that I do not have an online pass and cannot access the online functions. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
ME: Andromeda Deluxe edition PC/Steam: Missing Online Access
I am running into this issue, Steam version of the deluxe edition. I did at some point have an EA Play subscription after I purchased the game which was cancelled. I've performed the tasks of Clearing temp files and EA app license files, reinstalling the app, app rebuild. I've engaged with EA support around 5 times to no avail, What magical words can I reopen my existing case with, to get this fixed?
