I'm afraid I can't since it's a javascript button (do you have any programs that block javascript, like anti-virus?) and then you get a pop-up (have you disabled your popup-blockers in the browser / anti-virus?) with a unique URL that is tied to your account.
I think its the java script issue that i am having major problems with in their button. I have no idea how to contact them. Should i just leave a number and have them call back. I currently reside in canada, if i leave my number do they charge money for customer support?

I've never had them call me back, but then again, I live in Europe, so I don't know for certain. I don't think they'll charge you - it's up to them to call another country or not. Would be the first time I've heard of this. Don't you have access to another computer / tablet etc. where you can try to use the contact form and see if javascript works there?
