Mass effect 3 serious glitch

I live in Russia, but i am not Russian, i bought ME3 collector's edition ,and the interface language is in russian, i dont want to play with russian interface, and in the settings, i can't change it,...

    everyhting is in order, in regisrty and everything, 
    it's ok though i figured it out myself, i deleted the language dll files in the game directory, and voila, it must have been a conflict in initiating te various dll, probably a glitch in the exe file, anyways, now it's working as it should be, thank you for your timely replies

    Yes those are the binary files I mentioned, what happened when you deleted the files is you were automaticaly updated with new ones by origin. Glad it worked out, be sure to mark this problem as solved =)

    the solution didn't work, don't know why, when i update after installing the DLCs, the welcome screen and menu all have numeric values, for example, on the welcome screen, instead of "Press any key to continue" i get "234521$"  and thats the best part, all of the menu is now associated with numbers and dollar signs, i followed the exact steps that you recommended but still nothing

      in order for the language pack to work you may need to reaply everytime you update reinstall and repair. You need to amke sure all the language binaries are present  and reinstall every file in the language pack .  Also make sure that your registry files are set to en_US
