Do you play on a PC?
Restart your router in this way:
Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug

IF that don't helps either, I would suggest to contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

Usually that's just an XBOX or EA/XBOX servers issue. Is it still not working?
